You should always use a clean domain, but the age of domain should always be more than 3 weeks old.

I personally wouldn't do that. Just try to mimic a legit and average person and think what he/she would do. Try to avoid drastic moves and you should be ok. For example: It is not a natural thing to add 300 ppl as a friend if the average person adds a few friends a week during the year.

Just don't use PayPal. You should use CCs if you are seriously going to advertise on FB.

I'd put them to create high quality content and train them how to promote them on FB and Google. Half of them would create content and other half would do SEO and paid marketing.

Just start taking action and round yourself with successful people. A lot of free content is just crap (including content on BHW). There's a lot of wannabe and fake gurus that will just rip off your money. I recommend you to join premium (paid) forums. Those aren't fullfilled with noobies and...
