Unless you did a bit of research and found that usernames email listed elsewhere online, the only way of getting it would be to ask them, as the only place this kind of information would be stored is on YouTube's databases.

Most are liekly to be on spam lists anyway TBH if they were created before 2005. My first email (created back in about 2000) receives about 20 spams a day!
