Hello there, I would not start with bot traffic at the very beginning. I would start getting some real traffic THEN (let's say after at least 6-8 months) I would eventually increase with bot's traffic. By the way, it all depends on what you expect from bot's traffic.

Yeah I do agree with you, finding a good - and not saturated - keyword(s) is the most difficult part of the game (IMHO).
