Well this issue is of your hosting provider, sometimes domains get redirected if some settings are messed up. Specially this happens with WHM/Cpanel Hosting Accounts.

i dont agree with you, Every Company want to earn profit so they have tightened there security. Thats why google BAN Vcc Bins and blacklist certain ip address to improve there system. Google will continue to prove treshhold accounts but they will need a clean ip, Clean payment method, And...

Yep they have tightened there security, and treshhold accounts wont be easy fish from now.
