Yes facebook is more harder to get organic reach unless you have an amazing content that is unique is quite hard to get real tranction there...... i think is because facebook switched to paid ads and they promote more paid ads in this way they can monetize the platform

If your product/ad break the fb rules you shouldnt use your own account. Try in hire a freelancer or want to buy to rent or buy more fb accounts where you can rent and split the campaign between these accounts just to be safe

Yes is definitely harder now to create a profitable campaign , more competition as more companies invest in ads that have big budgets and will raise the prices of ads and you need to be more creative to get conversions
