Not exactly. Better proxies can reduce CAPTCHA frequency in some cases, but CAPTCHAs also depend on the target site, request rate, IP reputation and other signals. So having more proxies doesn't automatically mean fewer CAPTCHAs.

The proxy itself isn't that difficult to set up. The harder part is sourcing IPs legitimately, managing bandwidth and keeping the infrastructure reliable. Once you start selling access, abuse handling and support also become a big part of it, so it's not as passive as it might look

I wouldn't rely too much on IPQS scores alone. A lot of perfectly usable mobile IPs can still show a relatively high fraud score, so real-world performance is usually a better indicator.
