If you mean SliQ Submitter then yes it's worth it. For ease of use it's the best out there and you get decent SERP improvements from submitting too. It does cost but while the license runs you can submit for as many sites as you like as often as you like.

Submit Eaze was the best but it's not as good as SliQ Submitter V2. V2 is much quicker than the V1 that was around 2 or 3 months ago. It can also search directories for your listing.

The price of SliQ Submitter Plus has now been reduced to $49.99 for a year and a major upgrade has made it far quicker :). They also now run an affiliate program.

V2 of SliQ Submitter is a good link-building choice. It's now much faster and smoother than the older V1.
