I don't think that the rules are clear enough. I actually ended up doing proper research to understand why was my page unpublished. -

Just got my 500k organic likes page unpublished today for using mylikes (at least I guess they are the reason why). Have any of you heard back from facebook regarding appeals or perhaps you've gotten your page back yet?
