3 month with PBN or churn&burn ?

1 year ago, when I was using GSA on a new website, it would take 1 week to see 1st keywords ranking, and maybe 5 or 6 weeks to rank 1st for my main keyword. I'm actually building a quality SEO campaign (without gsa) on a new domain; and 1 week later, I don't see any SEO changes.. What happened...
