Thanks papa ji, I have NO experience of running a server. But if I order fully managed I think it should be ok (somebody please correct me if i am wrong)

If i order the FULLY MANAGED Russia dedicated server would it include cpanel? So all i need to do is add domains? I will be running proxy sites and porn too. What about dmca? Would i get suspended? Also what kind of support would i receive? Sorry for all the questions but i need to make sure...
