Short answer, no. Every site monetizes differently and these calculators don't take that into account. They say a site is worth 5 years of net revenue. So if the site owner is making $1k a year, the site is worth $5k.

You might have a bad DNS/IP cache that goes to a bad Demonoid IP. The one I have that appears to work is: 64.149.24.66. Ping demonoid.com and see what IP address it resolves to. If it's the same as mine you could be soft-blocked from the site, or banned.
