Unfortunately paypal doesn't support disputes for non-physical goods very well. I had a similar issue and after hours on the phone I was able to win my dispute. Your best bet is to say your physical source files (ie. on a physical item like a cd) were not delivered.

Anyone have any experience with "sendy"? Their website focuses on the cost being a fraction of mailchimp.
