You'll get banned from Adsene pretty fast using a bot. Other networks might take longer. So, I suggest you do not go with the way of the bots. Unless, you want to get someone else banned from Adsense. ;)

How about selling your ad inventory to companies that may like what you have on your blog? All of that usually pays more than Adsense Alternatives.
