Probably safest to use a throwaway, as Google's AI has been known to suspend entire Google accounts when they detect abuse (wheather it really is or not) or unusual activty on one of their products linked to your account.

Can try hCaptcha if you are looking for something new, it is a bit better for privacy than reCAPTCHA (at least according to cloudflare). Akismet is good also from my experiance.

Upwork is great, often better than fiverr for some bigger or ongoing projects that you are not sure on the cost. But be careful, they have a big issue with fake accounts there (lower skilled workers charging a lot by using someone elses account).

Google Drive (sheets) is good for sharing Excel files so users dont need to download the file, but if you don't mind they download it, try boomycloud, it is like mediafire or dropbox but no registration required, just drag the files you want to share into the Public Files box at the homepage.
