Ok, I got this "working" (I want to make it at least work before I'll edit the script or even rewrite it in some other languages or similar). The main problem is: on my EC2 cloudserver the photoupload script doesn't work. It simply does nothing in its loop. But in a local xubuntu vm it works...

It's quite likely that I did something wrong.
