I mean does it need to be a unique IP at the hosting site, or does a shared one work? Do I risk getting the site banned on a shared IP? Or does it look natural to an extent?
Yeah exact same name, just .blogspot. The content on the blogspot is actually the exact same as the old content on this domain. They just copied the old site from this URL and put it back up.

I have some old email lists that have been accruing I havent taken advantage of. Is there a way I can ping the lists our for bad addresses off the bat? I don't want the lists to mail to a bunch of crap and get the IP's dirty.
