Well I don't have a guide exactly. Just use google and youtube for each part and when you get all the things you need (make a checklist) just combine them and start making money. :)

Well the reason behind this is because Facebook wan't you to pay for ADS. If you don't pay you won't get reach. This is one of the downsides of FB. :(
