It's not a "live" scrape. They regularly scrape for various keywords and build up a database. That's why they're able to show you older ads too as well as the current ones, as well as allowing you to see ads by site.

Just means they've heavily modified it then. You can look at the page source to see what CSS file it's loading, and look in the CSS file to see some of the changes they've made. But you can't see the changes they've made in the php of the theme as those are converted to html before you get the...
It's the CyberXpress theme (look at the page source and search for "themes" and it'll show you the directory name the theme is in - usually the name of the theme.
Pluginwise it's difficult to tell unless the plugins announce themselves which these any here don't appear to be doing.

You know on the dailytut blog I don't think he's done anything clever with putting categories on pages. He's just got menu items for the standard category pages on wordpress. Things like the blogging "page" aren't static pages, they're dynamically created category pages. No need for any plugins...
