Help with setting up a new eBay & Paypal after being banned
I was banned from Paypal about 6 months ago for no particular reason (I hear this happens often)...My eBay was actually not banned at all but without a paypal it is pointless to get on eBay...I have been reading threads on how to open new accounts and I am making sure I have everything covered...
