+1 for PRTB. I am very happy that purchase. There have been a few issues with it such as not updating themes, and they always reply and fix it within a day or so. I understand that Tumblr isn't very consistent in any regards so it's nice to know that they'll keep up with the changes.

You can go on similar niche fanpages and like / comment to try and attract other users. Having a nice avatar helps in that process.
