It would probably be easier/faster to do phone/email but if you are going to do direct mail then I would include like a catalog so they can see what products you have to offer. Regardless I would still try to touch base with someone prior to sending direct mail so it doesn't end up in the junk pile.

I would honestly either call them or email them to figure out what their requirements are especially because its a local retail store. If it is a bigger company that retails different brands then possibly someone else on here could shed some light on that.

I see you said that you have $0 initial investment and buy inventory when the customer orders but then you post a pic of having 5 items packaged and ready to be sent. Are you buying your inventory at a local store. If not can you explain how it works or if you initially started with a few items...

I've noticed that you will still get clicks if you have a random username however using niche related username always adds more validity to the account. If you want the most conversion per account then take extra time to edit username.
