no following just making twitter members lists. i understand the mass follow issues but just wanted clarification on twitter list if i copied someones twitter list, 400 or whatever number then renamed it.

I found this tool which allows me to copy twitter followers members lists, and transfer the copy to my twitter list. Does anyone now if this is a bannable offense? thanks
