Even if you aren't for spamming comments, I'd definitely suggest you get a copy of scrapebox if/when you can afford it. It's scraping capabilities are really amazing -- you can do a lot more with it than it initially looks like.

I don't really believe that there's any way to "make money fast". Everything requires work, and SEO definitely takes time. There's no money without traffic :P
