I believe there was a change in how it determines a sale. If a customer goes directly to the product, adds to cart and checks out, you are assigned the commission for that product based on its category. If you go to a product, then decide to buy another product instead, your commission drops.

True, a lot are just looking for the next quick buck. It does take some time to put it all into motion, but by identifying the need, assigning a value to each of the steps then drafting that value into a % ownership might work. Who knows, its down to who has the extra 10 or 20 hours a week for...
