For movie reels, I’d say 1 to 2 solid posts a day is enough tbh, just focus more on the hook, editing, pacing & retention instead of spamming, cz one well edited reel can easily outperform 5 average ones.

You can post 4x a day, but the content shouldn't feel repetitive and keep posting at different times, apart from each post.

Anything that feels authentic or teaches me something useful usually makes me stop scrolling.

Some accounts suddenly get a big push while others dont, even with the same posting method. IG is testing the reels with different audience batches, and everything works depending on the watch time, rewatches, shares, and engagement.

Shares and meaningful engagement matter most, because IG seems to reward content that people actually interact with and want to pass along.

From my personal experience, I would say it is better to revive an old account, especially if they are our own personal accounts. A new account will take a lot of time to grasp certain goals.

I check where people stop watching, and then I analyze what made them stop, and I don't repeat that for the next video.

It keeps changing as time passes by. At certain times they were cooking channels, since i was learning to cook, later on they were fitness channels, and now its something else.

Thumbnails on shorts don't work tbh. Whatever we select within the shorts video is what shows to the audience. 90% of the time, the thumbnails don't matter since the video watches is from the shorts feed.

Choose a niche you think you can continue for a very long time with consistency. Plus you should be passionate about that topic too, orelse your interest can die soon. For example I am a regular gym goer for years, so I like posting that, and it is definitely gonna be a forever thing.
