Yes, GA is perfect for what you're looking for. It is very robust in telling you about a person's demographic, interests, etc. Also, Facebook has their own Analytics tool now. It isn't as informative as GA, but it still helps. Just click on Analytics in your Business Manager menu.

You can't initiate contact with a personal profile from a business page. The person has to initiate contact with your page first (message your page, comment on a post, etc).
