The Google MapMaker is currently unavailable due to spam and other issues, therefore it is probably causing issues and updates on the regular google places

I wouldn't suggest multiple listings with the same name and number, they will get suspended.

A lot of the service industries have been flagged. Can you phone verify any of those? Such as Locksmiths, Plumbers, AC Repair.....
