it was fixed for a short period of time (7 hours) But it went down again starting @ 7AM GMT+8 (almost 6 hours now) @MicroIeaves whats really happening?

their service is not working for us. one customer's subscription are down for almost 14 days. Mine for more than 48 hours. Try to back read before purchasing

I tried, but he is not responding when I asked for new ip&ports, he just telling me to wait for their engineers to fix the problem and will notify me asap. Now its 57 hours of waiting :(

my issue is the same as you. I also cannot ping my ip:port and can't access it through ssh. Seems like an ip:port issue. We need to wait for other subscriber with the same issue like us.
