Service site is great if you can handle over the service provider.
If you able to push some traffic to ensure that it is hand free and hassle free, then you can fetch a higher price.
There is some debate about having no reserve.
If the bid volume is low, you may end up selling at USD 1
But if there is reserve set, you can said that you will not sell below your reserve which is your breakeven point for your site
Another possible reason is that you do not have a good listing and it does not attract enough listing view.
There is no bidding wars and then the listing is sold below the desired price
Hey, I am from Singapore and excited to say hello to every one here.
I have a website for review and just wonder where can I post it for other members to comment
Appreciate for your advice
in fact you can sell these accounts away and people will love to buy
or you can sell products from CB or offer CPA
These has been a proven model for making money using FB
Flippa is dead, No way...
What they need to do is come up a system to filter out scam from value listing.
They are like going through what ebay went through years ago.
Just watch it, they will tighten their guideline soon
I think the people in Flippa like PR and Alexa as well. if you can present it a way for people must buy from you, then you can sell it at a much higher price
Have a reserve price and BIN for people to buy
I read somewhere is this forum that people are playing a fool with paypal payment too...
They claim that they did not buy the sites or domain and complaint to paypal. and paypal issue a refund
So I am confused, what to do for payment gateway for flippa?
