They want a bank statement or some document that has card information on it. I dont wantr to link this account with my own account so i do not want to provide my own info. Will a VCC work in this case ?

I have already supplied the relevant receipt proving that the gift card was bought with cash but the account is still on hold. I think they want me to provide proof of billing address. How can I get around this? Will a VCC work in this case?

Can you supply a document that is proof of billing address attached to these VCC ?
