Yeah, I don't have any problems registering on phones. But, you know, phones don't give us same volumes as PC registration give so I'm still trying to figure it out.

Maybe you have another bank in your country that will allow you to open vcc? I think you can search in the marketplace or even google for the vcc sellers. Another option is to use PayPal.
