Unfortunately this is one of those things that "you get what you pay for". With proxies you have a huge variety from "complete crap, but hides my IP" to "completely dedicated virgin residential IP". It depends on both your budget and need. I usually end up around $5 per.

Just go across the border into Mexico, pick up anything you want, write a note stating "this medication is for personal use only", and then you can legal bring the medication back into the US. To me, this is crazy.
