Those were payments from other platforms that landed into my payoneer account some few hours after cards were frozen. my amazon payments are still frozen in the payoneer card. hopefully this will not go that route and gets resolved next week.

I tried and I was able to withdraw amounts came into my Payoneer account after the cards were frozen :) . Before I couldn't do it, but now I was able to withdraw the balance in my payoneer account but not the balance in my card. Funds in the card are still frozen.
