Exactly. I choosed Hetzner because the developer of this script recommends to use Hetzner as he said "it's the best company and I tested a lot of diferent VPS providers". OVH also only accepts PP and CC (and bank transfer, etc..) no bitcoin.

No, it's not illegal and it's not agains their rules. I just don't want to give my ID or my personal payments to them. I care much about privacy in Internet now a days. I can pay through paypal, or any other payment method. I just don't want to use it directly in Hetzner.
