Bing Ads Blocked upon Payment
I am creating a new account, it has a completely unique business, browser, IP address, etc. I am putting a valid credit card from my own to vcc to verified PayPal with bcc with matching billing address. As soon as it tries to charge it declines and blocks the account. Did anyone resolve this...- Bingpong
