Absolutely. Not sure what you may consider as a 'big channel' but OP has already mentioned his target groups when it comes to channel size. I am looking through that Dr. Oz video for some pointers, as his channel is in the millions of subs and some links were dropped there successfully...

You asked me what do I think is the right thing to do, and I told you several comments back: Study the heck out of the profile(s) that successfully posted the links. Look for any clues or hints to as why they are successful.

No one is being condescending, you are simply 'doing what you want to do' and expecting results. You say you tried a .com domain, but let me guess... This was after you spammed the .tk domain with the same account you are now trying to use the .com on I have read PLENTY of these type threads...
