I forgot to add that I use a mac and I want to run an app natively, not via virtual machine, etc.

So I've read about mass planner and socedo. But I'm not sure they do what I need. I have a few thousand twitter handles in a text file that I've scraped and want to add them to a single twitter account. What is the best way that won't get me blocked? Thank you.
