I just got hit by some sort of penalty last night. I see few others in my niche that had a high volume link profile also got hit. Anyone else noticing even lower rankings. People that were in this sandbox?

Sounds about right. Pretty much all my pages i am sending links to 800 sv and up i cant move very well from there current positions. It started for me at around june 20th or so. So hopefully things get moving sometime in august. Going to focus on building more quality content, instead of links...
