I've plugged my content into some of these AI plagiarism checkers before, and a few times, it told me it was AI-generated. It's pretty easy to tell when content is created by AI. Something is always just "off" about it.

Yeah you handled it fine. If she does leave neg feedback just get her contact info and call her on the phone. My experience with neg feedback is if I get the person on the phone 9 times out of 10 they will remove the feedback.
They don't need to be targeted, but they need to be real people. I've used a couple of services in the past and they gave me followers with real photos and bios, but you can tell the account was fake (no tweets and little to no followers).
