Are all these sites free to use?

I was using a 45-50 secs delay on InstaGet Pro and got the 24 hour "block"...would love to know what delays would work, but by this point, is it even worth letting the bots run? I mean, they'll like ~1000 or so pictures within a 24 hour period, which is quite pathetic.

I, too, am getting the 404 error. Anyone know what's causing this problem? I've been using 15-18 sec delay with Instaget Pro.
