@JeanandradeRp I submitted my ID through my personal ad account using Facebook Chat and it went through. Do they check that I've been banned before? Also have you tried this personally (had banned FB profile and then submit ID with name and birthdate of banned profile on another fresh account...

Ineligible to use Facebook on previous account (real identity). I believe it was for having duplicate accounts since my account was disabled after adding phone number associated with a previous account I created many years ago and forgot about. I appealed and I was "ineligible to use Facebook"...
