Really! I lost 5 places and the websites that are now on top have at least 90% of their backlinks coming from blogrolls. We're talking a very hard niche here. How do you know what this update is all about? Do you buy all the bs google announces? I am convinced on page seo weights a lot now.

My competitors that were not hit have 90% blogroll links from high PR domains. I think you should consider buying blogroll links and make sure you diversify your anchor text.

Exactly my situation. So I decided to do the same and started buying links in blogrolls. I adjusted the keyword density a little higher but not more then my competitors. If I see any positive movement I will go higher with my density.

My advice is to study the density used by the top 5 websites in google serp. From what I've seen until now, a density of ~ 3%, in articles of 700-900 words, it's showing great results.
