Ive taken a look at the site, and VPS is offered. But it doesn't look like it's a managed solution. So pretty cheap, but you would need to know what you are doing if they are not offering managed VPS.

I think if it was me I'd just concentrate on getting him traffic. Have you looked at Facebook ads? You can set up campaigns with targeted demographics. Could be worth a lot more to your client than organic search. Definitely worth checking out.
