I'm doing well with PeerFly on YT. One of my videos has 41.18% CR. That means it has some Non-US clicks but CR is still good enough.

I use simple Blogger landing page for this video that has 46% conversion rate, for the second video that has 15% conversion rate I use direct CPA link (masked of course)

I'm registered on: Neverblue PeerFly Adscend All they have e-mail and zip submits. Adscend has Gateways as well.
