Yeah, it is ok to use one domain with lots of subdomains. Though it might be hard CPU usage wise on your hosting provider. Don't worry about co.cc. It is argued that it might be harder to rank #1 in SERP, but why would you care if you can drive traffic from other places as well, e.g. Facebook.
