Just adding my two cents to this thread. I have, over the last few months "dipped my toes" into trading bit coins and can say it is indeed very viable if you're prepared for the risks and high volitility as OP has said. Over the last year I've made around 15%~ profit without any strategy at all...

I'm still in shock and it has not sinked in yet. I didn't know Paul in person, but he was one of my favourite actors this past decade. The fast and furious franchise was part of my "childhood" and I have Paul to thanks for enhancing that time. Some people have commented that he is just an actor...

Unless you're a trader or offer a Bitcoin service... in the longterm, no. But if you have the means and capital to re-invest in hardware, it could be.
