I had the same thing happen to me. I didn't touch it for a while, I could still like things and makes new posts. After a few weeks of not touching the follow button, it is slowly letting me follow again. Not letting me go at it like I did before though.

May have worked in 2015, but Google is long since nixed this with the updates.

A valuable service, thanks for doing this. Wish I was at 50 posts.
