Thank you very much Noah, I just posted on my Facebook wall and the message did show up. The problem is; the messages don't appear in the news feed of other users anymore, no matter which profile I use (even if I create a new one)

Ofcourse, I posted around 4-5 times per week with multiple accounts (I had 5) in various groups. Each account had between 6-8 groups I posted in and I sent usually a link to all of those groups 2-3 of my latest blog posts. Most of the posting was done immedialty after each other, thus no time...

What do you actually mean with filename? Is text also under that category or only images, videos, links, etc? What do you think would be the best thing I can do? I'm using Wordpress and just spoke to the customer service of my hosting provider (Siteground) and they told me that it is possible...

Thanks for the response Inception, I did not use my personal profile. I made some extra accounts (read 5) which I used to post in the groups. I guess this decreases the change even more that Facebook undoes my posting ban

Yes, I did post in the same groups multiple times per week (stupid). I'm gone contact the Facebook team (which probably will not work) and give it a few weeks. Otherwise, I create a new domain

Thank you very much, The weird thing is, I do still get traffic from facebook. Is it possible that my IP is blocked and that only I can not post anything? Or is the traffic I still receive from old posts? Thanks

Are all links of a certain domain blocked or is it just one link? Also, if I would rebuild the site, everything will automatically be calculated as duplicated content isn't it? Bottom line; I'm fucked?
