All the adult traffic networks you mentioned can work, depending on the offer you're promoting, the payout and the methods you implement on your pre-landing. I don't quite understand what you're doing. Are you promoting via snapchat ads? Or promoting one of those adult "snapchat" offers.

This highly depends on your traffic source. Are you going to buy traffic and send it to the smartlink? Or just send residual traffic.
