There seemed to be an update yesterday. For about 30 minutes I couldn't check the pagerank of my websites. It is possible there was a pagerank update that slapped some sites. None of mine got hit though, in fact, still going up!

Make sure that all of your URL's match. I moved a website over to wordpress using the exact same text and URLs. Many pages stayed up but I got slammed pretty hard. You are going to loose some steam if you switch servers.
